Liquefied gas tank is a mobile pressure vessel that includes different pressures, volumes, structural forms, and materials for storing and transporting permanent gases, liquefied gases, and dissolved gases, and is disposable or rechargeable. So during transportation, the following points need to be noted:
1. The means of transportation must be safe and reliable.
2. Liquefied gas tanks must be equipped with bottle caps, shock-absorbing rings, and loaded and unloaded with care. Throwing, sliding, rolling, and touching are strictly prohibited.
3. When lifting, it is strictly prohibited to use electromagnetic cranes and metal chain ropes.
4. Gas cylinders in liquefied gas tanks that come into contact with each other and cause combustion or the production of toxic substances cannot be transported together with the carriage. Flammable, perishable, or chemically reactive materials with the gas in the cylinders cannot be transported together.
5. When transported by vehicles, liquefied gas tanks should be properly fixed. When placed upright, the height of the carriage should be more than two-thirds of the bottle height. When placed horizontally, the valve end of the bottle should face in the other direction.
6. If it is transported in summer, there should be shading facilities to avoid direct sunlight. In areas with high traffic in the city, daytime transportation should be avoided.
The filling and use of liquefied gas tanks are quite common in the chemical industry, and there are very strict regulations for their use and management, which need to be followed by operators. Whether it is safety inspections before use or environmental requirements during use, they must meet the conditions before use.
